This parcel has been included in previously adopted studies and plans calling for ground-floor commercial space to be part of its redevelopment. Our goal is to turn this vacant land into something that will better serve the neighborhood’s needs, thus we are currently engaging with the Poplar Grove and adjacent communities to learn more about their preferences for what that commercial space would offer.
